"Absolutely stunning hotel. Worth every penny. Honestly the town is nice but you won't really want to go anywhere else with how nice the rooms are and the offers of food at the restaurant. Finishings in the rooms are EXCELLENT. Felt very private and contained. Such attention to detail throughout the whole site, restaurants and bars were absolutely stunning "

"We dined at this extraordinary Japanese restaurant last night and we were not disappointed. The food was served in beautiful shells and a dramatic plume of dry ice. We were wowed by the subtle perfume and taste of the super fresh food. There was lots of choice to suit the palates of our party. Above all the service given by Bernie and Adam was exceptional - attentive and helpful with suggestions, but not intrusive. A beautiful and memorable gesture was to have my grandson's exceptional exam results recognised with complimentary chocolate truffles and the word Congratulations written by the Chef. Truly an unexpected and beyond kind gesture. We can't wait to dress up again for Yoku at 131 the Prom!"

"I went here to celebrate my birthday while visiting the Cotswolds. It was a lovely dinner - the black miso cod and wagyu don were both incredible dishes - couldn’t get enough. The service (namely, Bernie and Amelyn) were fantastic. We also shared the octopus kingdom, which felt so special and was also delicious!"

"Wonderful outdoor area with live dj .. has a real Mediterranean feel complimented with pretty plants and flowers throughout. Food and drinks were delicious and a special mention to Sam who is outstanding .. a real asset who is professional, polite and nothing is too much much trouble. Will be back!"

"Only popped in to Gin & Juice which is a cocktail bar to the rear, and wow what a place! Such a cool vibe, all low light dude playing a guitar, cosy and warm and welcoming staff, with more gin that I've ever seen. I don't go very often but definitely my new favourite place to drink in Cheltenham. Highly recommend"

"I'm a regular at Gin and Juice, the restaurant and the Japanese bar upstairs. I love it all! Gin and juice is fun and buzzy, plays great music and attracts visitors from out of town which is interesting. Always seem to meet models, interior designers, musicians, writers etc there! "

Our trio of elegant Georgian buildings features unique quirks, including spiral staircases in select rooms. Please note, lifts are not available in any area of the hotel.
We welcome dogs on The Terrace until 5 pm and in the outdoor area of Gin & Juice until 8 pm.
