Yoku X Gin & Juice Garden

Summer has finally arrived, and we can now reveal our secret new project: YOKU Garden. We’ll be bringing the beautiful gardens of Japan to Cheltenham, with a collaboration between No.131’s award-winning bar, Gin & Juice, and our Tokyo-vogue Japanese restaurant YOKU. We’ve taken down the tents at the back, spruced up the gardens YOKU-style and plotted in the kitchen to create the place to be this summer, a luxurious hotspot of indulgent cocktails, spectacular food and all-out elegance.
YOKU Garden will be open from 2pm-8pm every day.
Our inventive chefs at YOKU have come up with an inspired menu of delectable sushi bites. Alongside a selection of exquisite sashimi, we’ll be offering our signature rolls – Ebi Ten (Prawns in barely-there batter, with Asparagus, Avocado, Tobiko and salty-sweet Unagi sauce), and our Green Dragon Roll, with Vegan Salmon, Avocado, Pickled Ginger and Cucumber.
We’ve got lovely summery salad bowls too. Expect Tokyo Chicken (Yakitori Chicken, with Chinese Leaf Cabbage, Avocado, Seasonal Leaves and Cherry Tomato, splashed with Roasted Sesame Dressing), Tuna Tataki with a kick of Wasabi and Green Garden, which features all a vegetarian could possibly want in a salad.
Perfect for cooler summer nights, we’ll also be serving warm dishes – think Yakitori Grilled Chicken Skewers, Tempura Prawns and Ika Furai, a delicious combination of Fried Calamari, Wasabi Mayonnaise and Ginger.
To accompany YOKU’s summery delights, Gin & Juice will introduce a new mouth-watering summer cocktail menu of refreshing creations, sealing the deal in making YOKU Garden become Cheltenham’s new number one destination.
