The House, set on Cheltenham’s leafy Promenade and surrounded by award-winning Gin & Juice, has fast earned a reputation, not just as the hottest event space in town but also as the coolest wedding destination and house party pad.

Decide on Numbers
Decide on the size of your gathering then pick the ideal space. The House covers it all, from a board meeting to an intimate family gathering to a blow-out bash. You can take over the whole house for a house party or wedding too.
Our elegant Dining Room can host private dining for 16 to 56 guests. Then there’s our beautiful lounge, private glasshouse bar, offering exceptional cocktails, and the sun-soaked Queen’s Terrace, with the outside grill serving up flame-grilled perfection.
There are also eight individually designed bedrooms in The House and a total of thirty-six bedrooms across the trio of buildings, with sumptuous Egyptian bed linen, and stroll-in double showers or roll top baths.
Plan your programme
It’s all in the details. For getting down to business, our dining room can be transformed into a private meeting space for 32 guests in board room style or up to 46 guests in a theatre format. We also have brilliant break out spaces and the main room comes equipped with a Bang & Olufsen TV plus charts and stationery on request.
When it comes to house parties, we’ve got it down to a fine art. Our excellent team will tailor food, drinks and music to your exact requirements. Sip cocktails on the terrace, gather friends and family for a sumptuous dinner party, or while away an evening soaking up all the indulgences of your beautiful bedroom.
For weddings, we’ll be right beside you from start to finish. Licensed for civil ceremonies, The House has space for up to 56 guests – and comes complete with a dedicated wedding planner to make sure that things go smoothly. Exchange vows in the dining room; then head outside for your drinks reception and toast your marriage on the terrace or the veranda overlooking the lush surroundings of Imperial Square before enjoying a sumptuous feast in the Dining Room.
Get the food and drink right
Good food makes or breaks an event. At No.131, we love to eat well, with our kitchen serving up exquisite, seasonal plates that flaunts the wealth of ingredients on our doorstep.
For dinner parties, The House offers family style dinners to be shared by the whole table. From beautifully presented starters to hearty meat dishes, great seafood and flavour-packed veggie options to decadent puddings, there is something to suit every palate.
As for weddings, our brilliant chefs work with you to develop just the menu you are looking for, including top-notch canapes, a delicious dinner and late-night bites – complemented by pairing wines and unique cocktails.
We haven’t forgotten business meetings either. A dedicated team will look after you, with delicious food and drink rolled out throughout the day. There is also the option of a tasty pre-meeting breakfast.
