We're passionate about local produce and will only use the very best ingredients in our menus. We use Cackleberry eggs from Stow-on-the-Wold, source our meat from Aubrey Allen and Walter Rose & Sons, and our cheese comes from Neal's Yard Dairy. We also work side-by-side with UE Coffee, the only artisan wood-fired coffee in the UK, and have created a unique house blend using beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, and India for a balanced body and rich aroma.
